Shipping

We will aim to dispatch all orders made before 11am on a working day on the same day and subsequent orders on the same or following working day (including Saturdays). 

If for any reason you are not satisfied you may return your Stems at our expense within 2 weeks of receipt in exchange for a full refund.

UK

UK shipping at £2.50 per for 1st checkout item then £1 per item thereafter. Orders are sent via Royal mail and should arrive within 2 to 3 working days including Saturdays.

EU

EU shipping at £3.50 per for 1st checkout item then £1.50 per item thereafter. Orders should arrive within 3 to 5 working days. If you have any problems selecting your country please let us know.

We are in the process of certifying Stems for international markets. If you would like to buy Stems and are not in the EU please get in touch we'll let you know when they’ll be available.
